New York Attorney May Have Violated Constitutional Rights in Personal Injury Claims – Woman Seeks Co

In 1984, Clementine High who lived in New York City at the time was involved in two automobile wrecks where she was rear-ended and sustained serious injuries to her neck and back. In 1984, High put her faith in Anthony Mallilo, an attorney in Flushing, New York, at Mallilo and Grossman.

Mr. Mallilo, formally employed as a staff attorney at Geico Insurance Company, started his own practice in 1979, which eventually developed into the firm that it is today. Mallilo and Grossman’s general practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, and estates. The attorneys at Maillilo and Grossman pride themselves on being “proven litigators who are ready to go to trial . . . [and] at the same time . . . [assures that each client] works closely with [his/her] attorney and support staff from the initial consultation through the resolution of your case.”

Unfortunately for Ms. High, this was not the case. Ms. High strongly feels that she was wronged. She doesn’t feel as though her attorney did his best to represent her in her personal injury claims – she was not compensated for any of her two cases and believes that Mr. Mallilo conspired with the insurance company to steal her money.

“I want people to know that Anthony Mallilo was supposed to help me and he didn’t help me, and I feel like he can’t be trusted, says High who pleads for help. As a result of the two car wrecks, High has had to endure surgery to her neck and back. She struggles daily with getting out of bed due to chronic pain and can barely afford medical care, medications, nor the additional surgery that she needs.

It’s been 33 years since High has been dealing with this situation. She has tried to be strong and move forward, but has been affected mentally, physically, and spiritually. also specializes in personal injury law. “I feel as though an attorney’s mission is to provide clients with excellent legal representation and a dedication to quality customer service, says Russell who feels that High was not represented fairly, nor was her car wreck cases handled properly.
